The Raymer Society for the Arts consignment policy for selling Lester Raymer's art is as follows:

Ø The Raymer Society consignment store only sells the arts and crafts of artist Lester Raymer.*

Ø The work of art must physically be in the Red Barn Studio consignment store or where the actual work can be viewed by the potential buyer, except in very special circumstances, to be determined by the Raymer Society Consignment Committee

Ø The work of art must be priced at a dollar amount that is agreeable to both the owner and Raymer Society.

Ø The art work shall be priced according to current market value based on previous comparable sales of Raymer’s art, the condition and quality of the work, subject matter, and the size.

Ø The Raymer Society shall guarantee the owner a predetermined amount or seventy percent (70%) of the selling price which ever dollar amount is greater.

Ø The Raymer Society Consignment Committee shall have the final determination on the consignment price and whether or not the work of art will be sold for consignment in the Red Barn Studio.

* The Raymer Society does

not sell works from its

permanent collection.
