Midsummer’s 2026 Red Barn Studio Museum Arts & Crafts Vendors

The Red Barn Studio Museum would like to invite you to apply for a booth on our front lawn during Lindsborg’s annual Midsummer’s Festival on June 20, 2026. Midsummer’s Festival is celebrated with Swedish dancing, craft demonstrations, food vendors, and a Kubb tournament. While this festival is a smaller event than Lindsborg’s biennial Hyllningsfest, which draws much larger crowds, we are hoping to build the arts presence at the festival into something larger. If you are interested in participating in a growing festival, this may be the opportunity for you!

Requirements and Eligibility

  • Arts & Craft booth items must be handmade by you (the artist), of original design, and uniquely creative. Items relevant to the Swedish theme of the festival would be a bonus.
  • The Red Barn Studio Museum reserves the right to remove any item from sale that is deemed inappropriate or which fails to meet our criteria.
  • All applicants must submit 2-3 photographs of the work they plan to bring to the festival. Make sure to include your business name on each photo. These can be uploaded to the form, emailed or post mailed to 212 S. Main St. Lindsborg, KS, 67456.
  • Misrepresentations of any merchandise will be grounds for removal from future events. The Arts & Crafts committee reserves the right to exclude non-compliant vendors from future festivals.
  • Artists and Crafts persons are required to participate in the full day of the festival. Booth hours are 11:00 am-5:00pm on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 on the front lawn of the Red Barn Studio Museum, 212 S. Main Street in Lindsborg, Kansas.
  • Midsummer’s is an outdoor festival, and vendors will need to bring their own tent and be prepared for rain, shine, or wind. We do not have a contingency plan or rain location. It will be up to your discretion, and NO refunds will be issued after May 20th, 2026.

  • Red Barn Studio Museum Staff will notify you of your acceptance into the festival after we have reviewed your application.
  • 1 month out May 2026: Red Barn Studio Museum will send information about move-in, set up and move-out information.
